Here is a list of our Dietary FAQ (frequently asked questions)

What foods are vegetarian?
Salad bowl, coleslaw, mashers, mac-n-cheese, Key lime pie, brownies, vegetarian black bean chile (catering only).

What has gluten?
Mini Key lime pie, brownies, sandwich buns and mac –n- cheese.

What does not contain gluten?
All of our meats (beef, pork, chicken, pork spareribs and hot link sausage), all of our sauces (Tricia’s Texas Sauce, Kirk’s Memphis, Double Diamond hot sauce and the Carolina mustard sauce), Kirk’s Killer beans, cole slaw, red-skinned mashed potatoes, Jack’s BBQ salad (if ordered without the croutons) BBQ ranch dressing and honey mustard dressing.

What has dairy?
Mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, key lime pie, brownies, veggie orzo pasta salad, ranch and bbq ranch.

What has added sugar?
All sauces, Kirk’s Killer beans, coleslaw, brownies, Key lime pie, ribs, soft drinks.

Do any foods have nuts?
We use a brownie mix that “is made on equipment that also makes products containing tree nuts.” We do not stock or use nuts in our restaurants.

Does KT’s have nutritional information (calories, fat, etc.)?
No, but the menu and recipes are pretty standard, so a nutritional reference book would be pretty accurate.
